Blink is a dating app from Kivo Studios in Tilburg, The Netherlands. It shows you people whose paths crossed yours, with swiping, Super Likes, chats and Events at public places.

A first European release is being prepared. Public App Store and Google Play links have not yet been announced. Our iPhone and Android pages will list the official downloads when they are available. Do not install an app from an unsolicited file or account claiming to represent Blink.

Yes. Open Blink in your browser. It works like the app, with the same kind of account: on a computer you choose photos instead of granting gallery access, and only where and when they were taken is read, inside your browser.

Blink is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Be honest about your age, identity and intentions, and respect the Community Guidelines.

Blink turns where and when your photos were taken, and, if you allow it, your location (even when the app is closed), into footprints: an area of about 150 m and a one-hour slot. Blink compares footprints with other members to find crossings: Same moment (the same area within two hours), Same day, or Same place on different days.

A crossing suggests you were nearby; it does not prove that you met. For a same-place crossing, Blink does not show where or when.

Only with your permission, and only the place and time. When you allow photo access, Blink reads where and when your photos from the last two years were taken, on your phone. Each place becomes an area of about 150 m and each time an hour. Only these footprints are stored on Blink’s servers to find crossings. Your photos and exact coordinates never leave your phone, and you can delete your photo places at any time.

No. Location needs a separate switch and your phone’s permission. If you allow it always, Blink also uses it in the background, so crossings are found even when the app is closed. It is gentle on your battery: it updates when you move, not with constant GPS. You can choose “While using the app” or turn location off any time in Photos & location or in your phone’s settings. In the browser it only works while the page is open. Installing Blink does not itself grant location access.

Yes, any time, in Photos & location. The copy on Blink’s servers is deleted too. Deleting your account deletes everything. Your original photos stay in your gallery.

Your account and profile, the profile photos you add, your likes, matches and messages, your footprints (an area and an hour) and any reports or blocks. Your photo library and exact coordinates stay on your phone. The Privacy Notice explains more.

Open Events to see a map of public venues. You can make a plan only at a curated public place, never at a home or work address. Others ask to join, you choose who comes, and then you chat.

Not yet. There is no checkout, public price list or active gift-card sale on this website. Stripe is the planned payment provider. Any future offer will show its price, duration and purchase terms before you pay.

The website and the app are available in English, Dutch, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil) and Polish. Use the language button at the top right of the website; in the app, choose Language in the settings. Blink in your browser follows the language you were reading.

No advertising trackers or optional analytics tools are currently loaded. The Cookie Policy describes the single browser preference you can choose to save.
