Availability and scope

Blink’s first release is being prepared for Europe. Availability in Colorado has not been announced. This page provides useful safety information; it does not state that Blink is operating a Colorado dating service or has completed a state-specific compliance programme.

Kivo Studios is based in Tilburg, The Netherlands. Our Privacy Notice describes the current website. Any required Colorado-specific disclosures must be supplied before a relevant service is offered there.

Meeting someone safely

Choose a public place, arrange your own transport and let a trusted person know your plan. You can leave at any point. Do not share your home address or let an online contact pressure you into moving money, sending intimate images or keeping a meeting secret.

A profile, photo or shared place is not a background check. Kivo Studios does not represent that it conducts criminal-record screening. A screening service, if ever introduced, would not guarantee another person’s behaviour.

Urgent help and reporting

In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger. You can contact local law enforcement to report threats, stalking or fraud. Use a safe device if someone may be monitoring yours.

For fraud information and a reporting route, visit the US Federal Trade Commission. For a Blink website concern, contact [email protected]. Ordinary email is not an emergency channel.

Your choices

You do not owe anyone your identity, location, money or continued attention. Keep photos and conversations private unless the necessary permission has been given. Use the website’s privacy controls to manage its local preference. In the app, use Photos & location and the block and report tools.
