Adults, eligibility and availability

Blink is intended for people aged 18 or over. Do not use it to contact children or misrepresent your age or identity. European release is in preparation; appearance of a country, device or feature on this site does not guarantee availability there.

The information pages of this website do not create an account; Blink in your browser, at blinkdate.app/app, is the app itself. The store information pages explain where official downloads will be announced. Kivo Studios does not promise a match, a relationship, a response from another person or a particular outcome.

Respectful use

Use the website and any material obtained from it lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape personal profiles, impersonate Kivo Studios or redistribute private information about someone else.

Our Community Guidelines describe expectations for dating interactions. Consent to talk, meet or share one detail never implies consent to a different activity or a later disclosure. You remain free to stop a conversation.

Your content and our materials

You retain rights in content you create. Sending a support enquiry does not transfer ownership of your message or photo to Kivo Studios. The profile photos and details you add to Blink are shown to other members until you remove them or delete your account. Do not share material you have no right to share.

Blink’s website copy, original illustrations, branding and code are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Fonts and licensed photographs may have separate terms. Public press assets have the limited permission stated in their download. See Intellectual Property for permitted use and reporting a rights concern.

Paid features and withdrawal rights

No memberships, gift cards or promo-code purchases are sold on this website. Stripe is the planned payment provider; there is no active checkout here. No price or subscription duration should be inferred from a feature illustration.

Before any paid purchase, the offer must show the total price, tax treatment where applicable, duration, renewal and cancellation rules, and the features included. Applicable European consumer withdrawal rights and any separate request to start performance during the withdrawal period must also be explained. Nothing on this page removes mandatory statutory rights.

If a future purchase is made through an app store, the payment confirmation will identify the provider and the applicable refund or subscription-management route. Never send card details to a social account or an unsolicited payment link.

Links, safety and responsibility

Official store and social links will be announced through this website. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy notices. Kivo Studios does not control their availability or content.

Information on this website is general information. Safety guidance does not constitute emergency assistance, a background check or a guarantee about another person. Contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger.

Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or reduce the protections available to consumers under mandatory law.

Dutch law and resolving a concern

These website terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections available in your country of habitual residence and any legally protected right to bring a claim in your local courts remain available.

Contact [email protected] to explain a concern before starting a dispute, if it is practical to do so. We do not designate a binding private arbitration process or waive collective or statutory remedies through this page.

Updates will carry a new date. A later change does not retrospectively change a completed purchase or a statutory right.
